HUNTER Solutions was given the opportunity to organise the10 years corporate anniversary & official launch of the new logistics centre, in the form of a big party dedicated both to the clients and to the team members.

The customer

Our client was the Romanian branch of an international company providing hardware and fitting systems and electronic locking systems. Today customers from 150 countries rely on its expertise and performance. On the Romanian market our client delivers annually more than 7500 different articles to 1000 clients, with an annual turnover of around 50 mil. lei.

The challenge

Organising an event that is, in the same time, elegant, dynamic and memorable for the guests, in the 2500 square meters warehouse at the company’s premises.

The solution

HUNTER Solutions planned very carefully the event having in mind all the client’s needs and requests. No detail was left to chance, every aspect of the event from arrival of the guests in Timișoara to their departure back home was meticulously cared for. HUNTER Solutions setup and managed the full event production from transport logistics, venue management, décor, entertainment, live band, photo booth, catering, cheese bar, candy bar, brandy&cigar tasting, audio-visual to light and sound design.

The feed back gathered from the guests was extremely positive, exceeding the expectations and generating brand awareness. We are looking forward planning new adventurous events for this amazing team!
