How many version are there for a remote EFQM assessment and what are the main challenges an assessor team has to face when organising and delivering such assessments?
HUNTER Solutions, represented by Miruna Vitcu – as EFQM Certified Assessor participated to the webinar organised by EFQM office in Brussels, dedicated to sharing to the Assessor Community the lessons learnt during the remote assessments organised in Ecuador, Germany and the UAE.
The global mega trend of digitalisation is very powerful nowadays, speeding the efforts of any organisation to keep up and to respond in an agile manner. It is also a challenge for individuals, who need an enhanced level of IT literacy and availability to connect with peers using a different approach: virtual interviews and focus groups, virtual tours of the organisation and a constant effort to understand the people and the context without direct personal interaction.
No doubt, an extra effort has to be invested by all the participants to a remote assessment in this new way of working, with focus on delivering added value. Nevertheless, it represents a huge opportunity for development, learning and growing – a principle perfectly aligned with the EFQM Model.
